However, GP partners remain excluded from the Review Body on Doctors’ and Dentists’ Remuneration (DDRB) recommendations due to the five-year contract currently in place. Web1. WebJul 20, 2024 · Yesterday (19 July) the government announced the pay award for NHS staff under the remits of the NHS Pay Review Body (NHS PRB) and the Doctors and Dentist Review Body (DDRB). Details of the uplifts are summarised below: NHS PRB A minimum uplift of £1,400 in pay backdated to 1 April 2024. WebBritish Medical Association Annual pay review – consultants 1 2024/19 pay round The 2024/19 DDRB pay round was once again very poorly coordinated. Government submitted evidence outside the agreed deadlines and as a result there was a significant delay in announcing the uplifts. The cost pressure of the unfunded pay rise for doctors in 2024/19 was significant and we urge the Pay Review Body to take account of affordability in any recommendation they make for the 2024/20 pay round.
