WebMar 20, 2024 · Your model is not manifold. You can see this clearly in X-ray view: That means that somewhere it's missing walls or there are extra walls on the inside. Somewhere there are walls that don't fully enclose a volume. It is then ambiguous what the inside is of the model. In this case, Cura is wrong there on the bottom and in the corner at the top. Why are thin support structures missing from Ultimaker Cura?

WebSep 2, 2024 · I just installed the new cura 2.7, and now when I want to look at my prints in layer view it wont re-slice it and only shows the grey outline of the object. Even as I adjust which layer height it's on, all it shows is that its on the 1st layer and nothing changed. Thanks for the help!

What is happening is that it is chipping off super easy when removing any of the more pesky supports and is cracking when screws are put in that are even finger tight.
