WebChimney Tek was supposed to come for a basic chimney clean. When they arrived, they started to clean my chimney and did not properly use the shop vac. Our entire house filled with soot and the air was black. I have two children, both under 5, who had to stay upstairs. All of our furniture, clothing, and walls were covered in soot after they left.
